Another Long Weekend

Hello class,

Reminder to stay focus and keep your energy up for the next 2 weeks. You MUST be on top of your work by now. Reviewing all your corrections is very important.

You can't improve if you do not know your own mistakes.

Major errors in Area/Perimeter:
1) Mix up between perimeter and area. Especially for a square.

E.g., if a square has a perimeter of 16cm, what is the area?

Common mistakes I have seen are:
a) 16 X 16
b) 16 X 2

What is the correct step?


2) WRONG UNITS
I don't think I need to remind this anymore. Let's see how many of you get marks deducted for this type of mistake in the exam. PLEASE prove me wrong.

Common mistakes:

1) Wrong labeling of angles (using 3 alphabets)

2) Draw an acute angle when the angle is more than 90 degrees!!!!
